This project provides an opportunity of foreigners as well as South African, to learners to speak, read, write and understand English Language. This enables them to find employment and get along in South Africa or elsewhere in the neighboring countries. The project employs I bilingual teacher to make things easier for learners.

The training is based on Oxford University programme for adult, which includes the use of the book and CD’s to meet learners’ needs. There are three levels, namely Beginners, intermediate and upper-intermediate. The training is conducted for a period of 12months, divided into 2 terms of six (6) months and four (4) hours course per day of each level.

WEC also provided free training in Afrikaans for everyone who would like to learn the language.
